SHIPPING IN CANADA
All shipping options and rates are calculated and displayed in the checkout process. Please note that we do not ship to PO Box addresses at this time. We do not ship to freight forwarding companies, all international orders must be placed through our international website. Free shipping promotions currently exclude all Canadian Territories. Please note we are not able to ship to Nunavut at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience.
DOMESTIC ORDERS:
All orders placed within the CANADA will be shipped via CANADA POST. Once shipped, you can expect your item within 2-3 days. This does not include the initial 1-3 day processing time.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
For all orders placed outside the CANADA, packages will be shipped via First Class Mail. This option does not include tracking and generally takes about 14 days to arrive at its destination (sometimes longer). International shipments may be subject to tax and duty fees. The recipient is responsible for covering these fees. If you have any questions, we recommend contacting your local customs office.
The Arksport is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you would like upgraded international shipping that includes tracking, please contact us prior to ordering. Unfortunately, we cannot offer exchanges or returns on international orders at this time.
